Like I said before, Hi! My name is Emma Travitz. I love picnics, a good outfit, my friends, but more importantly - design. Since I was like little, I have been drawn to playing dress up, accessories, and doodling. On my 5th birthday (guess which picture), I was gifted the joy of being a designer. Flash forward - color and materials are at the forefront and driving factor of my practice. In my work I explore how beauty can evoke memory and emotion gracefully through form and storytelling.
I am currently in my third year studying Product Design at the Milwaukee Institute of Art Design. Serving as MIAD's IDSA Chapter's current president. Active jewish student in Milwaukee Hillel, connecting, sharing, and celebrating my community's culture.
